Charlie Beck
Mr. Beck was born in New York and attended C.W. Post College of Long Island University on an athletic scholarship. Following a brief football career with the Giants organization, he continued studies at the University of Houston where he completed professional studies in Real Estate Mortgage Lending and Closing at the Leonard Hawes School there.
He has held multiple licenses in Real Estate, Mortgage Banking, Securities and Insurance from New York, California, Missouri and Texas. Mr. Beck has held executive and management positions for Wachovia, World Savings, Cox Communications, Thomas Publishing and Advo Systems.
His current focus is on helping sales and marketing organizations achieve greater returns from start up, realignment, turnaround or divestiture strategies. He has facilitated as a guest speaker/trainer at workshops with noted authors Michael Boylan ("The Power To Get In" and "Teeth), Zig Ziglar ("See You At The Top"), and Don Konipol ("Private Mortgage Investing"). He still is active in securing private funding for commerical real estate ventures.
When not sales consulting and restructuring real estate investments, Mr. Beck is available for speaking engagements to sales professionals, marketing groups and general sales training events.
